Yes! We believe in supporting our heroes when they come home. We also know that many acupuncture practices, massage therapy practices, and chiropractic practices are interested in providing services to military veterans so we offer integrative care billing directly to the VA as well as their third-party administrators, TriWest and Optum.

We work with hundreds of companies through our professional and state associations. Some of the companies we currently bill to include Kaiser, all BlueCross and BlueShield (as well as affiliated companies like Empire and Anthem), Humana, Aetna, and United—to name a few.

We connect your acupuncture practice, massage therapy practice, or chiropractic practice with all major medical insurance companies, as well as Veterans' Affairs, Workers' Comp, and personal injury payors. As of rule of thumb, if they accept a claim, we can bill them for any form of integrative care!

The truth is many integrative health services are new to health insurance billing. Since we believe in helping your holistic practice get started, we don’t have any minimum claim requirements or long-term contracts.

For the average practice, our fees will be a one-time $350 setup fee plus 10% of collections, and that rate typically decreases as your practice grows—and we only get paid after the payment is issued. There are no minimum claims, and the agreement is just a monthly service, so there are no long-term contracts.
